About the Role

The Opportunity: This role supports regional export operations and requires hands-on experience in export documentation, coordination with 3PLs, and SAP exposure (SD/MM).

Responsibilities

  • ● Coordinate regional inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules
  • ● Prepare, process and verify shipping and export documentation
  • ● Liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders, suppliers, customers and internal teams
  • ● Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delays or operational issues
  • ● Ensure logistics activities and documentation are completed accurately and timely
  • ● Maintain operational records and support regular reporting
  • ● Support continuous improvement of logistics processes

Requirements

  • ● At least 2 years' experience in export shipment / logistics operations
  • ● Hands-on experience with shipping documents and export processes
  • ● Familiar with Incoterms and logistics terminology
  • ● Experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders
  • ● Proficient in SAP SD/MM and Microsoft Excel
  • ● Meticulous, organised and able to work independently
  • ● Proactive with good communication and coordination skills
