About the Company

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP & Salesforce Release & Cutover Manager to lead the planning, coordination and execution of releases and cutover activities across a portfolio of technology projects. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can manage complex release schedules, cutover plans and cross-project dependencies while coordinating business and technology teams through successful implementation and go-live.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end release and cutover planning across SAP and Salesforce projects
  • Develop release schedules, cutover plans, runbooks and readiness criteria
  • Coordinate project, functional, technical, testing, data and business teams
  • Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, issues and critical path activities
  • Lead cutover rehearsals, readiness assessments and go/no-go checkpoints
  • Coordinate data migration, integrations, deployments and business readiness
  • Provide clear release and cutover reporting to project and senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate go-live, hypercare and transition into BAU
  • Strong experience as a Release Manager, Cutover Manager or Release & Cutover Manager
  • Demonstrated experience across SAP and/or Salesforce projects
  • Experience managing releases and cutovers across multiple concurrent technology projects
  • Strong planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management capability
  • Experience coordinating technical, functional, testing, data and business teams
  • Strong understanding of deployment, data migration, integration and go-live activities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Hands-on, organised approach with the ability to drive delivery
  • Experience across both SAP and Salesforce
  • Large-scale transformation, implementation or system migration experience
  • Complex data and integration environments
  • Utilities, energy or other large enterprise experience
