Responsibilities

  • ● Lead and manage complex global SAP implementation and transformation programmes from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
  • ● Manage the global project centrally from Singapore, ensuring alignment across countries, business units and functional workstreams.
  • ● Coordinate SAP implementation activities across Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, SAC, Group Reporting, EWM, PM and QM.
  • ● Establish and manage overall programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
  • ● Coordinate global SAP functional, technical, business and integration teams.
  • ● Manage external SAP system integrators, consulting partners and vendors.
  • ● Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
  • ● Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, timelines and budgets.
  • ● Ensure effective coordination between business stakeholders and SAP consulting/implementation teams.
  • ● Drive successful delivery of SAP solutions in accordance with agreed quality, timeline and business objectives.

Requirements

  • ● 20+ years of overall project/programme management experience, with significant experience in SAP environments.
  • ● Strong background in SAP consulting, with career progression from SAP functional/technical consulting into project/programme management.
  • ● Proven experience managing complex, large-scale and global SAP implementations.
  • ● Strong exposure to multiple SAP functional areas, preferably including: SAP Logistics, SAP Manufacturing / PP, SAP Finance / FI, SAP SAC, SAP Group Reporting, SAP EWM, SAP PM, SAP QM.
  • ● Proven experience working with global / multi-country SAP programmes and geographically distributed teams.
  • ● Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leadership.
  • ● Experience managing SAP implementation partners / system integrators and external consulting teams.
  • ● Strong programme governance, risk management, dependency management and delivery management capabilities.
  • ● Excellent communication and leadership skills.
