Responsibilities

  • ● Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of operations
  • ● Perform monthly maintenance for hardware on site
  • ● Attend to site issues during after office hours and weekends on a rotational 24/7 standby
  • ● Respond to client phone calls, emails, and messages promptly
  • ● Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on site
  • ● Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices and software applications
  • ● Maintain good client relations
  • ● Track and manage fault reports
  • ● Support the project team during new project deployment
  • ● Communicate with clients to ensure that services are delivered effectively
  • ● Follow up on service requests promptly and provide customer feedback to management

Requirements

  • ● Have a Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in IT or any related technical discipline
  • ● Have experience in Windows and Linux Operating Systems
  • ● Have hands-on experience with Raspberry PI and UP board hardware
  • ● Be willing to travel
  • ● Be able to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed
  • ● Be able to remain professional under pressure
  • ● Be able to work independently
