Responsibilities

  • ● Analyze clients' technological requirements and provide actionable advice to meet their needs
  • ● Identify potential security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
  • ● Optimize IT systems and infrastructure to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance
  • ● Provide continuous support and guidance to maintain and enhance digital systems
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
  • ● Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' existing IT systems and processes
  • ● Develop and implement customized IT solutions, including hardware, software, network architecture, and cybersecurity measures
  • ● Document IT systems and procedures to create clear standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • ● Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners
  • ● Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver the best IT advice and support

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • ● 3-5 years of experience as an IT consultant, preferably in a technology-based firm
  • ● Strong knowledge of IT systems, including networks, servers, and software
  • ● Proficiency in various programming languages, database management software, and operating systems
  • ● Familiarity with cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data protection domains
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • ● Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • ● Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, ITIL Foundation)
  • ● Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
  • ● Ability to lead teams, work independently, and collaborate across multiple units
