Responsibilities
- ● Prepare and process outgoing domestic and international shipments.
- ● Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, letters of credit, and import/export permits.
- ● Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
- ● Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages.
- ● Maintain shipping records and update systems with shipment details.
- ● Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping laws.
- ● Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
Requirements
- ● Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- ● Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes.
- ● Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- ● Attention to detail and accuracy.
- ● Good communication and problem solving skills.
- ● Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
