Responsibilities

  • ● Job Description: Involve in monthly entity closing and financial reporting. Complete the full set of entity closing which include preparation of journal entry, agreed intercompany balances, review the management account, meet the group timeline and etc. Update audit schedule on monthly basis. Prepare, investigate and clear bank reconciliation items. Prepare all the notices that are related to interest and loan repayment. Prepare all the necessary documents that are related to bank signatories and bank mandate update. Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting & management reporting process. Standard cost & product margin setup and analysis. Perform analysis on the financial performance & variances; provide insightful commentaries. Partnering with stakeholders to drive profitability and cost saving. Manage Precious Metal (PM) transactions including Refining and PM Gain/Loss. Overall responsibility for CAPEX projects COO cost statement application, renewal & update Costing closing. Liaise with auditor and complete the year end audit for the subsidiaries. Support the group audit and meet the group dateline. Preparation of GST/WHT filing. Preparation and submission of ECI and final tax computation. Liaise with tax agent and meet the submission timeline. Involve and support the system implementation and process improvement. Any other ad-hoc assigned by the management. Requirements
  • ● Degree with 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality/ manufacturing.
  • ● Experienced in Cognos/ NetSuite/ SAP, Excel (must have).
