Responsibilities

  • ● Assist in implementation of new financial system in every new entity.
  • ● Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day functional and technical support for all financial systems.
  • ● Identify, investigate, and resolve system errors, data discrepancies, and workflow bottle necks in a timely manner.
  • ● Actively participate in the implementation and integration of financial software, including routine software upgrades.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and business processes for financial system improvements and enhancements.
  • ● Develop and maintain financial models, databases, and reporting tools to support decision-making processes.
  • ● Monitor the performance of financial systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • ● Perform regular data/system audits and documentation to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • ● Assist in comprehensive training programs for end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  • ● Assist in financial system testing, upgrades, and customization as needed.
  • ● Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to address financial system-related matters.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • ● Good knowledge of CODA Financial Application.
  • ● 3-5 years of hands-on experience in system administration, implementation or support of financial applications.
  • ● Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, reporting, and analysis.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • ● Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
