Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the delivery of new initiatives and continuous enhancements across Supply Chain Organization, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to enable new business models, drive business process transformation, improve operational efficiency, and optimize end-to-end processes.
  • ● Analyze business requirements and, where applicable, design and implement SAP configuration solutions to maximize system capabilities and ensure alignment with business operations.
  • ● Define organizational structures, maintain master data governance, configure transactional processes, and optimize system behavior to support operational requirements, scalability, and business objectives.
  • ● Drive digital transformation initiatives through process automation, workflow orchestration, low-code application development, and business intelligence solutions.
  • ● Identify automation opportunities, design and develop digital solutions, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analytics leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • ● Work with project core team members to develop solutions for new processes or enhance existing processes to increase their efficiency and allow Jabil to stay in front of our competition from a supply chain management standpoint.
  • ● Forge successful relationships with the stakeholders and provide value based strategic assessment of current state follow with solution recommendation.
  • ● Actively engage with project team members to identify and understand pain points and deliver an effective lean solution.
  • ● Interface with the functional business teams and IT to conceptualize and assist in building valuable solutions.
  • ● Document, test and deploy solution and training documentation.
  • ● Establish metrics for evaluating successful process implementation.
  • ● Coordinate with users to address their concerns to ensure successful deployment.
  • ● Facilitate communication as appropriate to all stakeholders including escalating issues to next level of management level.
  • ● Track, drive and communicate all changes and enhancements.
  • ● Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and digital transformation across Supply Chain functions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • ● Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Automate, RPA technologies, and related platforms to reduce manual effort and eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • ● Develop low-code/no-code business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline operational processes, improve user experience, and support business requirements.
  • ● Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions to provide actionable insights and support operational and executive decision-making.
  • ● Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements, data models, visualization standards, and performance metrics to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • ● Establish governance, documentation, and best practices for automation and reporting solutions to ensure sustainability, security, and compliance with corporate standards.
  • ● Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • ● Comply, follow, and enforce all procedures within the company security policy.
