About the Company
The Corporate Services - HR Systems team acts as a trusted advisor to Singapore public healthcare clusters in driving workplace transformation and enhancing employee experiences through technology innovation, digitalization, process optimization, and enterprise HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead the functional, technical, and strategic delivery of HR Enterprise Applications across SAP Payroll (ECC/S/4HANA), Learning & Training Systems, SAP Integration Platforms (CPI/BTP), and SAP Custom Applications.
- ● Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
- ● Provide leadership across solution design, business process transformation, application support, system enhancements, integrations, testing, release management, and vendor governance.
- ● Collaborate closely with healthcare clusters, cluster IT offices, Synapxe capability teams, vendors, and System Integrators (SIs) to ensure operational excellence, solution scalability, regulatory compliance, and successful implementation of strategic HR technology initiatives.
