Responsibilities
- ● Liaise with stakeholders to capture business needs and draft clear BRDs / functional specs
- ● Translate business requirements for technical staff and ensure aligned system design
- ● Provide hands-on support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and validation
- ● Maintain RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix), prepare materials, and conduct user training
Requirements
- ● 5-6 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems
- ● Proven experience in actively supporting SIT and UAT phases (pre- and post-go-live)
- ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering or equivalent
- ● Strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, and clear communication skills
