Lead / Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (FinTech)

About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Implement, configure and manage enterprise security tools and platforms
• ● Monitor, tune and optimise security controls to protect critical systems and data
• ● Support vulnerability management, privileged access management (PAM), incident response and risk remediation
• ● Contribute to security solution design, technology improvement projects and platform enhancements
• ● Troubleshoot complex security platform issues and support incident & change management processes
• ● Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on key security initiatives
• ● Support security audits, compliance activities and reporting requirements
• ● Identify and implement automation opportunities and new technologies to strengthen security posture

Requirements

• ● 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security engineering or related fields
• ● Strong hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as CyberArk / BeyondTrust, Trend Micro / EDR, Elastic SIEM and Tenable (Vulnerability Management)
• ● Proven track record implementing, configuring and managing security tools in large enterprise environments
• ● Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements
• ● Relevant cloud security certifications (e.g. AWS Security Specialty or equivalent) preferred
• ● Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments and scripting (shell scripting), with strong troubleshooting skills
• ● Experience leading or mentoring high-performing teams, delivering operational excellence and meeting SLAs
• ● Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC (or equivalent) will be an advantage
