Responsibilities

  • ● Analyze and track the APAC Channel business forecasts, actuals, outlooks, and execution performance.
  • ● Support APAC Channel accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, rebate accruals, POD reversals, and WOC subs billings.
  • ● Partner with the Regional Channel Controller and Finance Manager to manage business operations.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to drive operating and reporting efficiencies.
  • ● Ensure robust internal controls and strict adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
  • ● Drive regional process improvements, standardization, and finance automation across various business workflows.
  • ● Support management reporting, system testing, internal/external audit requests, and ad-hoc finance projects.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • ● CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • ● More than 3 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting roles.
  • ● Solid understanding of sales, order, and backlog reporting frameworks.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • ● Familiarity with Oracle, Alteryx and Tableau tools is a plus.
  • ● Self-motivated and adaptable, able to manage complex tasks under tight deadlines while navigating ambiguity.
  • ● Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • ● Strong time management and prioritization abilities, with flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed.
