About the Company

Responsibilities
- ● Assist in export sales administration, documentation, and execution.
- ● Coordinate with departments such as production, shipping, and finance to fulfill export order requirements.
- ● Coordinate with freight forwarders on delivery logistics.
- ● Act as a liaison with MATRADE & MITI for regulatory compliance.
- ● Manage invoicing and inventory for e-commerce and export operations.
Requirements
- ● Diploma/Degree in any related course.
- ● Minimum 1 year of import/export working experience and knowledge in shipping documentation, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- ● Computer literacy.
- ● Positive attitude.
- ● Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- ● Well organized.
- ● Independent.
- ● Self-motivated.
- ● Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
