Job Responsibilities Handle the full set of accounts from source documents to financial statements, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets. Perform monthly and year-end closing, including preparation of management accounts, schedules, and variance analysis. Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports for group consolidation and management review. Prepare and submit statutory filings, including GST returns and corporate income tax. Liaise independently with external auditors, tax agents, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Prepare audit schedules and support external audit processes, including audited financial statements. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and detailed account analysis. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/FRS). Monitor cash flow, manage payments, collections matters to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related duties as required. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA is an added advantage. Strong hands-on experience in maintaining a full set of accounts independently. Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS/FRS), GST, and corporate taxation. Highly independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure. Meticulous, responsible, and confident with strong problem-solving skills.
