About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and bank reconciliations
• ● Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and relevant schedules accurately and on time
• ● Process payments, receipts, invoices, expense claims and journal entries
• ● Reconcile daily loan disbursements, collections, repayments and bank transactions
• ● Monitor cash flow and prepare periodic cash-flow reports
• ● Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
• ● Ensure proper documentation, filing and maintenance of accounting records
• ● Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, vendors and relevant stakeholders
• ● Assist with annual audit, tax matters and regulatory reporting requirements
• ● Review existing finance processes and recommend improvements in accuracy, efficiency and internal controls

Requirements

• ● Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• ● At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
• ● Experience handling full sets of accounts is preferred
• ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwares
• ● Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organisational skills
• ● Able to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality
• ● Prior experience in the financial-services, lending or regulated industry will be an advantage, but is not essential
