About the Company
A well-established family office based in Singapore, specializing in multi-asset class portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- ● Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts for multiple entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions and month-end closing.
- ● Assist with cash flow monitoring and payment planning.
- ● Process payments and update cash records to maintain alignment with the approved budget.
- ● Review invoices and quotations, identify discrepancies, and liaise with vendors to resolve issues promptly
- ● Prepare monthly management reports and financial schedules.
- ● Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements.
- ● Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, banks and other external stakeholders as required.
Requirements
- ● Minimum Degree in Accountancy or a related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
- ● Experience in audit is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- ● Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
- ● Proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite for financial management.
- ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy in financial tasks.
- ● Able to work independently, manage deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks.
- ● Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
