Responsibilities
- ● Perform budgeting, financial projection and evaluation, and support corporate initiatives.
- ● Work closely with stakeholders at various levels to manage their budgetary requirements and balance these against financial resource constraints during the annual budget proposal.
- ● Support Divisions in preparing their business cases, financial models and expenditure proposals.
- ● Be involved in corporate projects and initiatives with long-term financial implications requiring scenario and sensitivity analysis, to support management decision making.
Requirements
- ● Background in Accountancy or other professional qualification in Accountancy/Finance.
- ● Knowledge of financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting and forecasting techniques.
- ● Prior experience in commercial or industrial real estate project financial analysis is an added advantage.
- ● Effective communication and interpersonal skills are an added advantage.
- ● Excellent analytical, coordination and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- ● Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
