Responsibilities
- ● Process customer orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online platforms
- ● Pick, pack and prepare jewellery orders accurately for shipment
- ● Ensure inventory allocation and stock accuracy
- ● Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation
- ● Assist with administrative duties and departmental support
- ● Support company events, jewellery fairs and stock preparation
- ● Perform other duties assigned by the superior
Requirements
- ● Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline
- ● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- ● Detail-oriented with good numerical accuracy
- ● Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- ● Responsible, positive attitude and willing to learn
- ● Able to work independently and as part of a team
- ● Willing to work overtime during peak periods
- ● Able to support alternate Saturdays
