Responsibilities
- ● Manage transactions effectively and in a timely manner.
- ● Serve as the contact point for clients and liaise closely with operational and supporting departments.
- ● Perform independent transactional risk analysis, including evaluating collateral quality and performance risks relative to approved credit facilities and guidelines.
- ● Explore risk mitigating measures and collaborate with TCF AO to provide financing solutions to clients.
- ● Participate actively in discussions with TCF AO and TMO on client modus operandi, trade flow, and facility utilisation patterns during credit reviews.
- ● Work with external partners such as storage facility operators, clearing brokers, and insurance underwriters.
- ● Ensure transactions adhere to compliance policies.
- ● Prepare and obtain appropriate transactional approvals in accordance with approval procedures based on analysis performed.
- ● Work closely with TCF FO and relevant departments, including Risk and Operations, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- ● Set up position reports in the system for each borrowing client according to approved terms and conditions.
- ● Timely update transaction information and exposures in the position report.
- ● Monitor and manage supporting collaterals, assess collateral quality, and perform collateral valuations including paper hedges related to physical cargo throughout the transaction life cycle.
- ● Handle clients' daily cash flow transactions, including deposits and remittances, and attend to client enquiries.
- ● Participate in ad hoc projects, assignments, and commercial client meetings as necessary.
- ● Work closely with TCF AO to ensure smooth implementation of approved limits in the system.
- ● Prepare required reports and provide collateral value reporting.
- ● Collaborate with the team to manage transactional flow and risks.
- ● Proactively drive changes and contribute positively toward workflow efficiency.
Requirements

- ● Strong knowledge of trade finance.
- ● Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- ● Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
