Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain activities across Asia, including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, tooling support and supplier performance management.
  • Ensure materials and services are available in a timely, compliant and cost-effective manner to support MRO and related operations.
  • Oversee warehouse and inventory operations, with a focus on space utilisation, inventory accuracy, material flow and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators, including inventory performance, GI/GRN timeliness, purchase order accuracy and PR-to-PO cycle times.
  • Lead inbound and outbound logistics, freight coordination, customs-related activities and AOG support.
  • Partner with strategic procurement and relevant stakeholders to implement approved global contracts, preferred supplier arrangements and aftermarket agreements.
  • Oversee tooling activities, including internal and external loans, calibration compliance, JetPro migration and automation initiatives.
  • Use data analysis and performance reporting to identify operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee purchasing activities and specialised functions, including core returns, replenishment, indirect spend and AOG support, where applicable.
  • Drive cross-training and operational resilience across logistics and stores activities.
  • Oversee Ground Support Equipment planning and lifecycle coordination, where applicable, including readiness, deployment, charging infrastructure and reliability.
  • Lead facilities, property and real estate activities across Asia, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant and business-ready infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for critical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, fire protection, utilities and building systems.
  • Support the planning and delivery of approved capital projects, construction, refurbishment and asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, airport authorities and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Support Plot E39 development activities and other approved infrastructure expansion initiatives.
  • Review and optimise the use of hangars, workshops, warehouses and office space to support operational requirements and future growth.
  • Ensure supply chain, facilities and real estate activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, company standards and relevant safety, environmental and security requirements.
  • Oversee aviation security requirements, including access control and airside/landside requirements, where applicable.
  • Maintain audit readiness and support internal and external audits, inspections and corrective and preventive action activities.
  • Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the Asia budget for supply chain, facilities and approved real estate activities, including OPEX and CAPEX planning, forecasting, cost control and performance tracking.
