Responsibilities

  • ● Conduct investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of all planning-related KPIs and metrics.
  • ● Drive the analytics program to ensure insights are incorporated upstream within the planning process.
  • ● Proactively collaborate with Global Supply Planning, Production Planning teams, and business partners to drive analytics adoption and process improvements.
  • ● Perform analyses and support the execution of strategic initiatives, including the processes, tools, and systems required to implement them.
  • ● Identify process improvement opportunities and develop new ways of delivering data to business partners.
  • ● Streamline reporting processes and promote efficient ways of working, including transitioning away from legacy tools.
  • ● Proactively build and maintain internal and external relationships to support analytics and process enhancement.
  • ● Develop strong understanding of tools and systems that impact the supply chain.
  • ● Prepare presentation materials and assist in delivering findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • ● Provide training, guidance, and support to end users on reporting and analytical tools.
  • ● Actively seek out stakeholders at various levels to share relevant information that supports business performance and operational efficiency.
  • ● Engage in open, authentic dialogue with stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • ● 2-4 years of minimum relevant experience.
  • ● Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • ● Major subjects in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related analytical fields.
  • ● 2-4 years of operations and business intelligence experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, operations, retail/consumer products, or a similar analytical role.
  • ● Able to proactively solve complex problems and manage multiple challenges; capable of viewing issues from multiple perspectives and providing viable, innovative solutions.
  • ● Good English writing skills.
