Responsibilities

  • ● Partner closely with business units to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights, supporting the achievement of business and financial objectives.
  • ● Serve as a trusted financial advisor to operational leaders, translating financial data into actionable business recommendations.
  • ● Deliver timely, data-driven financial analysis to senior management, supporting key strategic and operational decisions.
  • ● Conduct performance reviews, variance analysis, and profitability assessments to identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • ● Lead and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to enhance financial systems and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications are highly preferred.
  • ● Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
  • ● Proven experience in financial digital transformation, with hands-on knowledge of ERP systems, BI tools, and financial analytics platforms to support strategic decision-making.
  • ● Prior experience in large technology or multinational companies (e.g., Huawei) is preferred, with exposure to global operations and cross-cultural working environments.
  • ● Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions and regions.
  • ● Strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese & English, enabling effective communication with international stakeholders.
