Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, networks and the user environment.
  • Develop and execute the Company's IT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes.
  • Proactively identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across Trading, Operations, Finance, Risk and Corporate Functions that can be improved through technology.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, and cloud solutions.
  • Recommend technology investments and prepare business cases for management approval.
  • Manage and support business systems such as Power Platform, Accounting System, Microsoft 365
  • Ensure the adoption of AI and digital tools does not compromise confidential trading information, commercially sensitive data, personal data, or company intellectual property.
  • Ensure stable operation of servers, networks, internet connectivity, and cloud services.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Manage company laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls and peripherals.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity planning.
  • Ensure regular backup and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Maintain IT asset inventories, software licenses, system documentation, configurations and renewal.
  • Establish appropriate governance for the adoption of AI and automation, including data
  • Conduct regular in-house training on the adoption of new technology and automation tools.
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies.
  • Protect company systems against cyber threats.
  • Manage endpoint security, antivirus, firewalls, and access controls.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance.
  • Provide leadership for IT support services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT issues raising from colleagues.
  • Establish service standards and response times.
  • Improve end-user experience through continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in IT project management and/or IT operations.
  • Experience managing software, network, infrastructure, or cybersecurity-related projects.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors in a structured and effective manner.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and risk mitigation.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and practices to support a secure and resilient IT delivery
  • Experience managing AI or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
  • Experience in implementing SAP or Accounting Systems.
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage
