Responsibilities
- ● Provide excellent customer service
- ● Liaise with clients through e-mail and phone
- ● Use the SAP system to key in sales orders, purchasing orders, and invoicing
- ● Follow up and monitor delivery of outstanding customers' orders and provide customer support for shipments
- ● Process daily orders, purchasing, and invoicing
- ● Prepare shipping documentation, including import and export documentation, bills of lading, and air waybills
- ● Coordinate with the factory team for production progress and export/import shipment preparation
- ● Send necessary information and documentation to clients, agents, sea companies, and forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
- ● Handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts regarding document-related matters
- ● Liaise with peers based in Taiwan and China
Requirements
- ● Minimum diploma in any discipline
- ● Responsible and positive attitude
- ● Ability to work independently and as a team player
- ● Basic computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- ● Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- ● At least 1 year of experience in customer service or the logistics/supply chain/shipping industry is an advantage
