Responsibilities
- ● Ensure on-boarding matters are in order for new staff, including Specialist/non-specialist and Medical Officer/locum employment.
- ● Provide administrative support on assigning and tracking the daily Medical Reports.
- ● Responsible for the overall management of clinical administrative matters, including clinician's allowance claims, leave applications, and tallying of roster.
- ● Assist in audit for MO documentation.
- ● Oversee the management of department intranet webpage.
- ● Assist in collation of data and reporting of department key indicators.
- ● Assist with correspondence and preparation of reports and presentations.
- ● Responsible for the management of department's Purchase Requisition.
- ● Ensure that there is sufficient stock for daily operations needs.
- ● Undertake other projects as assigned by RO.
Requirements
- ● Must possess GCE 'A' Level, Diploma or equivalent.
- ● Must be proficient in English and possess good PC skills.
