Responsibilities

  • ● Assist in receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming shipments of goods
  • ● Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures
  • ● Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment by verifying product codes, quantities, and quality before shipping
  • ● Fulfill customer satisfaction by ensuring timely deliveries
  • ● Maintain inventory levels, track transactions, and conduct cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels
  • ● Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas for easy access and efficient space utilization
  • ● Implement the FEFO inventory method to manage stock rotations effectively
  • ● Ensure that safety procedures are followed and that the warehouse environment is safe for all employees
  • ● Coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
  • ● Ensure that Material Handling Equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
  • ● Perform daily checks to ensure Material Handling Equipment is in good working condition
  • ● Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • ● Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet company goals
  • ● Ensure the achievement of KPI targets by consistently completing assigned tasks within specified timeframes
  • ● Support the team in other warehouse-related tasks as required

Requirements

  • ● Minimum O LEVEL education
  • ● Preferable experience as a Warehouse Assistant or in a similar role
  • ● With or Without Forklift / Reach Truck Operation Certification
  • ● Strong ability to manage inventory and track stock levels
  • ● Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and professional
  • ● Ability to work well with others and collaborate effectively
  • ● Detail-oriented with the ability to perform tasks accurately
  • ● Ability to work overtime is an advantage
