Responsibilities
- ● Greeting patients
- ● Patient registration
- ● Making appointments
- ● Handling patients' enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- ● Billing
- ● Assisting dentist in a variety of dental procedures
- ● Sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments
- ● Maintaining cleanliness of clinic facilities
Requirements
- ● Possess at least "N"/"O" Levels qualification
- ● Required language(s): English
- ● Proficiency in a second language is a bonus to communicate with patients who are non-English speaking
- ● Willing to work on weekday nights and weekends
- ● Might be rostered to work on some public holidays throughout the year
- ● Basic computer and accounting skills for front desk duties
- ● Good communication skills
