Responsibilities

  • ● Greeting patients
  • ● Patient registration
  • ● Making appointments
  • ● Handling patients' enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • ● Billing
  • ● Assisting dentist in a variety of dental procedures
  • ● Sterilisation and preparation of dental instruments
  • ● Maintaining cleanliness of clinic facilities

Requirements

  • ● Possess at least "N"/"O" Levels qualification
  • ● Required language(s): English
  • ● Proficiency in a second language is a bonus to communicate with patients who are non-English speaking
  • ● Willing to work on weekday nights and weekends
  • ● Might be rostered to work on some public holidays throughout the year
  • ● Basic computer and accounting skills for front desk duties
  • ● Good communication skills
  • ● A team player who is willing to learn
