Responsibilities
- ● Liaise with customers for movements of cargo
- ● Receive delivery orders and storing instructions from customers
- ● Perform entries in WMS and SAP
- ● Liaise with forwarder for vessel schedule
- ● Process all picking instructions and release to operation
- ● Prepare labels for marking and re-branding of cargoes
- ● Co-ordinate with Transport Department for transportation and shipping requirements
- ● Arrange for fumigations and inspection
- ● Generate stuffing report
- ● Send weekly and monthly reports to customers
- ● Assign relevant charges in WMS
- ● Perform any other task assigned by the Manager
Requirements
- ● Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field
- ● Knowledge of SAP
- ● Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- ● Willingness to work overtime if required
