About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a small team and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, management and continuous improvement of Eckermanns technology ecosystem, including physical infrastructure and hardware, systems, core applications, cyber-security and AI. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: driving the optimisation and integration of technology platforms to support organisational goals and future growth; oversee daily operations, performance, and availability of ICT systems and infrastructure; drive best-practice information governance, cybersecurity and risk management initiatives to safeguard organisational data, systems and digital assets; manage the procurement, implementation and ongoing optimisation of enterprise technology solutions; develop and implement Eckermanns digital and data strategy, enhancing business intelligence, reporting and data integration capabilities; champion technology adoption across Eckermanns by delivering effective communication, training and change management initiatives; lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including business planning, stakeholder engagement, governance reporting, risk management and oversee external security reviews; and build, lead and develop a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and exceptional service delivery. strong experience managing CRM, practice management and document management solutions, preferably within a legal, conveyancing or professional services environment; a strong understanding of legal practice management workflows and the technology platforms that support them; demonstrated experience integrating business applications using APIs, webhooks or other integration technologies; an ability to understand business processes end-to-end and identify where technology, automation and integration can deliver measurable efficiency gains; experience working across multiple SaaS
