Responsibilities

  • Cost of Capital (CoC) methodology and framework. Perform analysis on capital, Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), leverage exposure and profitability data used for CoC calculations. Support impact assessments arising from regulatory, methodology and business changes. Support the automation and integration of financial and risk data from source systems into the EBP platform. Perform data mapping, reconciliation and validation between source systems and EBP. Collaborate with IT and Data Hub teams to establish scalable and sustainable solutions and resolve data quality and system-related issues. Prepare test scenarios and test cases for system enhancements. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test results. Investigate data discrepancies identified during testing and propose appropriate solutions. Support production deployment activities and post-implementation validation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in finance, banking, regulatory reporting or project support functions. Familiarity with MAS Notice 637 and Basel III reforms and regulations. Understanding of capital management, Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), leverage ratio and profitability would be an advantage. Experience in writing user stories with acceptance criteria and using JIRA would be an advantage. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Independent, self-motivated and able to work effectively under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of SQL, Python, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau or other data automation tools would be an advantage. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
