About the Company

The Sourcing King (TSK) is a Singapore-based sourcing company operating in furniture and building/finishing materials, working through a China manufacturing network to deliver directly to client sites. The Kurater is our design-led luxury furniture brand under TSK.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-set accounting for TSK in Singapore, including AP, AR, GL, bank/supplier reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Work with the regional finance team to align on processes and identify gaps in TSK-specific accounting coverage.
  • Manage multi-currency transactions and cost accounting tied to China sourcing, including landed costs, supplier payments in foreign currency, and FX exposure.
  • Maintain and refine existing margin and profitability reporting frameworks to support accurate, timely management reporting.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with Singapore statutory and tax requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Produce management reporting, including P&L and cash flow, that the CEO can act on directly.

Requirements

  • Prior experience handling multi-currency, trading, or import/export accounting is required.
  • Comfort operating with some ambiguity and coordinating with a remote/regional team while owning the Singapore side independently.
  • Experience translating finance processes into clear requirements to the team.
  • Relevant working experience is weighted more heavily than formal qualification.
  • ACCA/CPA is a plus but not required if your track record speaks for itself.
  • Comfortable with a 5.5-day work week.
