Senior Supply Chain Executive (Warehouse & Logistics Operations)

About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Plan, coordinate and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, inventory management, transportation and physical distribution.
• ● Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy and warehouse utilisation to maintain optimal stockholding and efficient storage operations.
• ● Manage third-party logistics providers and contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, service-level agreements and operational KPIs.
• ● Coordinate material movements and delivery schedules to support smooth operations and on-time customer fulfilment.
• ● Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, workflow improvements, digitalisation and automation projects.
• ● Prepare operational reports, analyse supply chain data and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• ● Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations and quality-management requirements.
• ● Promote Workplace Safety and Health standards through contractor safety reviews, inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• ● Support incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

• ● Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
• ● Minimum 5 years of end to end supply chain management experiences covers logistics and warehouse operations.
• ● SAP Experience is a MUST.
• ● Experience managing third-party logistics providers, contractors and service-level performance.
• ● Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse optimisation and transportation coordination.
• ● Knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessments, contractor safety management and incident investigation.
• ● Experience leading cost-reduction, continuous-improvement, digitalisation or automation initiatives will be advantageous.
• ● Strong analytical, planning, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
• ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable preparing operational reports and data analyses.
• ● Self-motivated, proactive and committed to operational excellence.
• ● Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
