Responsibilities
- ● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discover and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- ● Create clear user stories, functional specifications, process flowcharts, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for technical engineering teams.
- ● Analyze business data, user feedback, and KPIs to identify trends, evaluate project outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
- ● Act as a primary liaison between business leads, product managers, design teams, and software development teams.
- ● Support Quality Assurance (QA) and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions match business objectives and specifications.
Requirements
- ● Fresh grad or 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a closely related analytical role.
- ● Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ● Demonstrated experience with data visualization and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- ● Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
