About the Company
Our Client: Logistics Industry, MNC
Responsibilities
- ● Led warehouse operations within the Free Trade Zone, ensuring efficient day-to-day performance and alignment with business objectives
- ● Lead and develop warehouse teams through training, knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- ● Managed site operations, built strong customer relationships, and maintained service levels in line with agreed KPIs
- ● Maintain accurate inventory records and ensured warehouse and office facilities were organised, safe, and well maintained
- ● Oversee the financial performance of assigned accounts, including budget management, resource planning, and P&L accountability
- ● Liaise closely with customers on operational requirements, commercial matters, and contract renewals to support long-term partnerships
- ● Implement process improvements, new initiatives, and operational enhancements to improve productivity and service quality
- ● Ensure compliance with company procedures, security policies, workplace safety standards, and inventory control requirements
Requirements
- ● Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- ● Minimum 5 years of Managerial experience in Warehousing Operations
- ● Singaporeans only
