Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration and configuration of SAP Concur Expense
  • Manage expense types, policies, audit rules, approval workflows and cost object/account code mapping
  • Support UAT, testing and cutover activities for system changes, policy rollouts and new functionality
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations between SAP Concur and other systems, including SAP SuccessFactors
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity and file/interface feeds, resolving errors and reconciliation issues
  • Manage user provisioning, roles and permission groups
  • Coordinate Concur releases, feature updates and regression testing
  • Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and service requests
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs and technical runbooks
  • Support audit and compliance requirements relating to expense management

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring SAP Concur, ideally across the Concur Expense module
  • Experience with expense types, audit rules, approval workflows, policy groups and user access
  • Experience supporting a Concur implementation, major redesign or policy/module rollout
  • Understanding of Concur integrations and technologies such as SFTP, Concur Connect/CTE, card feeds, OAuth and SSO
  • Experience managing release cycles, testing and system changes
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with Finance, HR and IT stakeholders
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations will be highly regarded
