Responsibilities
- ● Handle a full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- ● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- ● Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- ● Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- ● Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and the company secretary.
- ● Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- ● Monitor and account for the company's investment portfolio, including shares and other financial instruments.
- ● Track investment income, dividends, capital gains or losses, and portfolio valuations.
- ● Provide financial oversight and control over the holding company's subsidiaries companies.
- ● Review and monitor the subsidiaries companies' financial performance, budgets, cash flow, internal controls, and reporting.
- ● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including consolidated financial report.
Requirements
- ● Experience in stock market investments.
- ● Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- ● Willing and able to travel frequently.
