Responsibilities

  • ● Prepare student recruitment commission calculations for local recruitment staff and in-country representatives
  • ● Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities
  • ● Prepare month-end workings and accounting entries for revenue items
  • ● Prepare and post monthly journal entries in the accounting system
  • ● Prepare revenue variance analysis and analytical reports
  • ● Prepare expense variance analysis for management reporting
  • ● Prepare audit schedules and relevant financial data for management reporting
  • ● Prepare annual budget templates
  • ● Consolidate annual budgets for reporting purposes
  • ● Prepare budget upload files for the accounting system and management reports
  • ● Update and maintain documents required for regulatory compliance
  • ● Support audit queries and audit-related activities
  • ● Prepare audit financial reports
  • ● Prepare annual returns, XBRL submissions, and tax returns
  • ● Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • ● Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • ● Applicants with full set of accounts experience are preferred
  • ● Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system
  • ● Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
