Pulse is utilised across the mining industry and various other sectors. - ● Liaise with vendors and external service providers to support infrastructure delivery
- ● Act as a technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues within the support team
- ● Apply ITIL-aligned service management practices across incident, problem, and change management
- ● Engage with Pulse's AI-powered tools as we drive automation and continuous improvement across the IT function
- ● Windows Server environments - setup, configuration, and virtualisation platforms
- ● Backup and disaster recovery, on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure, server patching and monitoring
- ● IT security and compliance, identity and access management, security monitoring and alerting
- ● Network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- ● Solid hands-on experience with Windows and Linux Server environments - setup, configuration, and ongoing management
- ● Working knowledge of IT security principles - access controls, monitoring, and vulnerability management
- ● Exposure to network infrastructure, virtualisation, and enterprise backup or disaster recovery practices
- ● Experience in a managed services or complex enterprise support environment
- ● Strong troubleshooting capability and a genuine ownership mindset
- ● Good communication skills - able to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
- ● ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management awareness
- ● Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, or similar) highly regarded
- ● Experience in the mining or resources sector is a strong advantage - but not essential, we'll train you on Pulse ERP
