About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT services across the wider business, on a full time 12 month fixed-term contract . The IT Support Analysis will predominantly be responsible for helpdesk issues, both onsite and remote, for the business. At times working in conjunction with an external MSP on issues. They will also be willing to expand their knowledge to assist in supporting other areas of the IT Department.

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for local users via various means of support
  • Local and remote troubleshooting of issues.
  • Configure and deploy personal computers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment where appropriate.
  • Support of software and hardware within the Windows environment.
  • Support of network devices including Printers and Multifunction units.
  • Escalation of issues to relevant staff or vendors where required.
  • Ensuring resolution closure of issues for end users.
  • Documenting of new and revised changes for Hardware, Software, or related processes.
  • Supporting IT with projects.
  • Ad hoc support as required.
  • System Administration tasks in SAP S/4HANA (Users, Cloud Print Management etc.).
  • Support project activities where necessary.
  • Assist with any additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • E xperience in a VMWare environment.
  • Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 and later, O365, Intune, Endpoint manager, Azure, Active Directory, MS Exchange, MS Teams, File Server, Printer Server.
  • Network: DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, RAS.
  • SAP S/4HANA Could: User Management, Role Management, SAP Cloud Print Management.
  • Basic SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) User management Knowledge.
  • Basic AWS knowledge.
  • Cloud migration experience would be preferable.
  • Willing to learn and develop.
