Responsibilities
- ● Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Retail business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- ● Perform variance analysis and communicate key drivers of performance to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
- ● Support go-to-market initiatives by evaluating business cases, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
- ● Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- ● Prepare and present regular financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
- ● Ensure compliance with corporate policies and relevant accounting standards.
Requirements
- ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- ● Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Experience with ERP systems and BI tools is an advantage.
- ● Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- ● Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
