About the Company

Worldline Service Australia (WSA) delivers end-to-end payment services and technology support to Worldline clients within the Australian market. Our team focuses on ensuring reliable payment processing, proactive service management, and a superior customer experience through robust operations, incident response, and continuous improvement. The Service Delivery function provides operational governance, customer engagement and IT Service Management capability for Worldline Service Australia. The team is responsible for ensuring payment services remain stable, resilient and continuously improving through effective operational processes, customer governance and service assurance. The Transition Programme is responsible for supporting the separation of Worldline Services Australia (WSA) from the existing joint venture operating model and enabling the successful transition of operational responsibilities back to ANZ. The Corporate IT Transition Project Manager coordinates the transition of WSA's corporate technology environment from Worldline's European Corporate IT services to the new ANZ corporate technology environment. WSA will provide the data, operational knowledge, documentation, technology separation activities and transition support required under the agreed arrangements. Lead and coordinate all WSA activities associated with transitioning corporate technology services from the existing Worldline environment to the new ANZ corporate technology environment. The role is responsible for project planning, governance, stakeholder management, dependency management, business readiness, cutover planning and coordination across WSA, ANZ and Worldline European Corporate IT. You come from a background in technical support of internal corporate IT systems, have experience with payments or finance industry and have been working as a project manager for some time.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic ITIL skilled project manager with a broad technology experience in the corporate IT space to join our team. Develop and maintain the Corporate IT Transition Project Plan. Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues and dependencies. Coordinate transition of laptops, Microsoft 365, email, file shares, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow and associated corporate applications. Coordinate business readiness, communications and training. Develop and manage cutover and hypercare plans. Produce executive reporting and governance documentation. Coordinate activities across WSA, ANZ and Worldline European Corporate IT. Ensure business continuity throughout the transition.

Requirements

  • Essential Extensive technology project management experience. Experience delivering end-user computing or corporate IT transitions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong governance, planning and risk management capability. Ability to coordinate multiple organisations and vendors.
  • Desirable Financial services experience. Microsoft 365 migration experience. ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence knowledge. PRINCE2 or PMP certification. ITIL Foundation.
  • Highly organised, collaborative, influential, customer focused, calm under pressure, commercially aware, outcome focused and an excellent communicator.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent experience. PRINCE2, PMP and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.
  • Excellent executive reporting, stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, discover hidden complexity and convert uncertain requirements into structured delivery plans.
  • Experience operating in regulated, security-sensitive or customer-data-intensive environments.
