About the Company

Own service delivery for a major grants management program - a genuinely varied role spanning ITSM, supplier management, and reporting/analytics support.

Responsibilities

  • ● Run day-to-day service delivery across a whole-of-government platform - SLAs, incidents, problem management, supplier performance
  • ● Build and mature ITSM processes and tools that actually get used, not just documented
  • ● Support agencies with Whole of Government Reporting queries and help build bespoke dashboards
  • ● Be the person who lifts other agencies' reporting capability, not just fixes their tickets
  • ● Competing priorities across multiple agencies and suppliers, all wanting things now
  • ● Getting ITSM discipline embedded in a way people will actually follow
  • ● Agencies at very different maturity levels needing very different kinds of support

Requirements

  • ● 7+ years in IT service management, application support or service delivery in a complex enterprise environment
  • ● Experience supporting business-critical, integrated platforms - reporting/analytics included
  • ● Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; comfortable being the connective tissue between business, technical and supplier teams
  • ● Hands-on exposure to Power BI, Azure, Snowflake or similar
  • ● Solid grasp of data governance, data models and reporting concepts
  • ● Relevant tertiary quals/certs in IT, IS, CS, Business or Data & Analytics - or equivalent experience
