About the Company

Responsibilities
- ● Draft physical contracts based on deals
- ● Review contracts from counterparties
- ● Advice any necessary amendments and ensure corrections are indicated in the contracts
- ● Work closely with Traders, Operators, Finance and other relevant departments
- ● Any other ad-hoc or involvement in Projects
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- ● Minimum 3 years of drafting or reviewing Contracts experience in Commodities industry
- ● Excellent writing skills, attentive to details, proactive and organized
