About the Company

We are a growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider undergoing a strategic transformation from a traditional 3PL model to a fully integrated 4PL partner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily warehouse, freight, and customer service operations to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment, and distribution.
  • Manage air and sea freight operations, ensuring timely shipment execution and compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the Customer Service team to deliver responsive, high-quality support and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end logistics operations.
  • Act as the escalation point for operational and customer service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer experience.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse, freight, and customer service teams.
  • Support the Company's transition towards integrated 4PL logistics solutions through process improvements and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in both warehouse operations and freight forwarding (air & sea freight).
  • Experience leading customer service teams within a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Good understanding of warehousing, inventory management, freight forwarding, transportation, and distribution operations.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and freight documentation is an advantage.
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, or other logistics systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and drive operational improvements.
