Responsibilities
- ● Administer SOC system accounts and privilege controls strictly according to established protocols.
- ● Assist field teams in resolving access request and usage issues.
- ● Perform daily review and verification of security data submitted from regional sites.
- ● Proactively identify risks, escalate incidents, and track resolution by local teams.
- ● Respond to online system alerts, collaborating with local/field security personnel to drive corrective action and remediate anomalies.
- ● Provide technical and procedural assistance to site teams to resolve operational incidents within the SOC system.
- ● Assist onsite teams with the testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of SOC hardware equipment.
Requirements
- ● Fully fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- ● Excellent cross-cultural communication skills for international collaboration.
- ● Strong inter-departmental communication and problem-solving abilities.
- ● Capable of driving regional projects to completion efficiently.
- ● Meticulous attention to detail, highly accountable, with strong teamwork spirit and adaptability.
- ● 1-3 years of working experience (Entry-Level Candidates Welcomed ).
- ● Proficiency in Chinese culture and language is a strong plus.
