• ● We're looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect who wants to help shape the future of Customer Experience across Australia.
• ● This isn't a traditional contact centre architecture role.
• ● We're looking for someone who can help customers transform how they engage with customers and employees through:
• ● Genesys Cloud CX
• ● AI & Automation
• ● Customer Journey Design
• ● Omnichannel Engagement
• ● Integration & Cloud Architecture
• ● You'll work alongside our sales, delivery and leadership teams to design innovative solutions, influence customer strategy, and help organisations unlock measurable business outcomes through modern CX technologies.
