About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Lead / support detailed design and configuration discussions; specifying details to configure SAP Plant Maintenance Module and its key elements such as Master Data, Transactional Data, Field Mobility and Scheduling.
• ● Conduct thorough testing of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) configurations to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• ● Collaborate with peers in the ERP program/platform team to ensure services are co-ordinated and integrated.
• ● Collaborate with business and vendors to ensure PP processes and system configurations are fit for purpose against Council's requirements.
• ● At least 1 full S/4HANA greenfield implementation experience.
• ● Demonstrated experience of working in a business function related to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• ● Tertiary qualification in a relevant or related discipline.
• ● Highly skilled in SAP Plant Maintenance
• ● Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ● At least 8 years of experience in successful implementation or conversion projects in EAM
• ● Certification in SAP PM is highly desirable.
• ● Demonstrate experience of EAM integration with other modules such as Material Management (MM), Sales and Finance (FICO)
• ● Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and management skills - understanding how others think and act - ability to smoothly deliver outcomes through strong business, team, and supplier partnerships.
• ● Opportunity to work on a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• ● Exposure to complex Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance processes.
• ● Ability to influence the future-state solution rather than simply supporting an existing environment.
• ● End-to-end project involvement including design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
