System Analyst for SAP IS-U Operations

Responsibilities

• ● We are looking for a Team Member (SAP IS-U Operations) who will be responsible for supporting the day to-day operation of SAP IS-U under Customer Service modules, ensuring system availability, resolving production issues, and coordinating with business users, vendors, and technical teams to maintain stable system operations. Responsibilities
• ● Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP IS-U modules.
• ● Monitor system performance and ensure business processes operate smoothly.
• ● Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.
• ● Perform root cause analysis for system issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• ● Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve system defects and enhancement requests.
• ● Support system enhancements, change requests (CR), and production deployments.
• ● Perform impact analysis for system changes and verify implementation outcomes.
• ● Prepare and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• ● Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation verification when required.
• ● Ensure compliance with operational policies, security requirements, and governance standards. Requirements
• ● Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• ● -8 years of experience in SAP IS-U support or SAP application support.
• ● Knowledge of SAP IS-U modules and utility business processes is an advantage.
• ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
